KM for Professional Services, Day 2

Kark-Erik Sveiby, aptly described as one of the founding fathers of KM, gave the keynote on day 2 of the recent KM for Professional Services conference. Mark Schenk reports one highlight.

Another interesting point was that “KM has failed to make the business case”. His solution, don’t create a KM Strategy, create a knowledge-based business strategy instead.
